Walilock charges nothing beyond the price shown. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Charges are made in US dollars, so your card issuer may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. Internet connection costs are your own. |

| When you are charged |
When you subscribe. For plans with a free trial (14 days for Personal+ and Family, 30 days for Business), your card is first charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically, and each renewal is charged at the start of the monthly or annual billing period you chose. |
| When the service is provided | Your plan is activated on your Walilock account as soon as checkout completes. The apps are available from the Download page. |
| Cancellation |
Cancel at any time from your account (Manage billing), or by emailing support@walilock.com. Cancelling during a free trial means you are not charged. Cancelling a paid subscription stops future renewals, and your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period. |
| Refunds | Because Walilock is a digital service, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will work with you in good faith on a refund. See the Terms of Service. |
| System requirements | Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), or Android 10 or later. An internet connection is needed for your account, sync and billing. |
