Yes. Personal is free for as long as you use it — no trial clock, no credit card. It stores up to 10 items in a fully local, encrypted vault. Upgrade only when you need sync or more items.
Nothing is ever deleted. If a paid plan lapses, your vault becomes read-only — every item stays visible and exportable. Re-subscribe at any time to unlock editing and sync again.
Not for Personal. The free tier runs entirely on your device. You only create a relay account when you choose a plan that needs sync, sharing, or team features — and even then, the relay never sees your vault contents.
Family includes a 14-day free trial and Business a 30-day trial. Both require a card at checkout, but you're not charged until the trial ends — cancel anytime before then and you won't be billed. Trials are tracked server-side, so they can't be reset by reinstalling. Personal+ has no trial because the free Personal tier already lets you experience the core vault.
Yes. You can move from monthly to annual at any time and lock in the discount. Annual plans save roughly two to three months versus monthly billing.
Business is $8 per seat per month (or $6 effective on annual billing). Add or remove seats from the admin console and billing adjusts automatically. Enterprise pricing is custom — talk to sales for volume and compliance terms.
