Six questions about your household, about two minutes. You get a plan recommendation and a family safety plan you can print.
This check-up never asks for a password, a code or any other secret. Your answers stay in this browser tab: nothing is sent and nothing is saved. Close the tab and they are gone.
The check-up needs JavaScript to work out a recommendation, and it runs entirely in your browser. You can still compare the plans.

The emergency kit restores your vault if your device is lost, wiped or replaced. It works together with your master password: it cannot replace a master password you have forgotten.
Where we keep our printed kits:
The sign-in password opens your Walilock account. If you forget it, you can reset it by email.
The master password encrypts your vault on your device. Nobody can reset or recover it: not Walilock, and not the person who runs the family vault. Each person's private vault opens only with their own master password.
Only the person who created the family vault can invite or remove people.
Removing someone ends their access through the app, but passwords already on their device can stay readable there. After removing someone, change the passwords that matter.
If Walilock says someone's security code has changed, compare the code with them in person or on a call before you continue, not by message.
Walilock accounts are for people aged 16 or over. Keep the children's logins in the vault yourself, and share them with the children when they need them.
Help them save their emergency kit and keep it somewhere safe. If their security code ever changes, compare it with them in person or on a call.
Open important sites yourself, from a bookmark or by typing the address, rather than from a link in a message.
If a page or a message that claims to be Walilock asks for your master password, it is not us.
